Refund and Return Policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from Kwirky in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. 

  • Socks are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns. However, if a defective or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund/ free replacement as applicable.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All sales on Kwirky are final, with no refunds or cancellations allowed.
  • Any issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges currently.
  • Weather or transit delays are beyond our control and depend on the courier service and weather conditions. While we cannot guarantee delivery within the specified timeframe, we assure you that your order will reach you eventually.
  • If your parcel is marked as 'delivered' but you have not received it, notify us within 72 hours. We cannot address the issue with our courier partners after this period.
  • In the rare event of a defect, we will provide a replacement.
